We provide technical support during business hours. Emergency support is available for enterprise clients as per agreement.
If rented equipment develops a hardware fault under normal usage, we will arrange repair or replacement as soon as reasonably possible, subject to availability.
Customers are expected to:
Software Responsibility: Kailash Technology Pvt. Ltd. (KTPL) does not provide or install any operating system, application software, or licensed software along with the rented hardware unless expressly agreed in writing. The installation, licensing, legality, and use of all software on the rented equipment shall be the sole responsibility of the Customer. The Customer shall ensure that only properly licensed and authorized software is installed and used on the equipment. KTPL shall not be liable for any issues, claims, losses, or legal consequences arising from the installation or use of unauthorized, unlicensed, or pirated software.
Charges may apply for equipment that is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond normal use, as outlined in the rental agreement.
The Customer is solely responsible for maintaining backups of all data stored on the rented equipment. KTPL shall not be liable for any loss, corruption, or damage of data arising from hardware failure, equipment replacement, repairs, maintenance, or any service performed during the rental period. Customers are advised to back up and securely erase their data before returning the equipment.
Cancellation terms will depend on the rental agreement and the stage of order processing.
All rental charges and other applicable dues shall be paid by the Customer in advance as per the agreed payment terms. In case of delayed or non-payment, KTPL reserves the right to suspend services, support and/or use of the rented equipment until all outstanding dues are paid in full, without prejudice to its other contractual and legal remedies.
KTPL shall not be liable for any loss of business, revenue, profit, productivity, downtime, or any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from such suspension or discontinuation due to non-payment by the Customer.
